Do you go to sleep only to wake up a few hours later and find you are unable to go back to sleep? Do you often awaken in the morning still feeling overly tired?

Medications must be taken at the appropriate time before going to bed, and may often leave you feeling  unrefreshed and groggy in the morning. Depending on medication becomes an expensive and undesirable crutch.
